This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of OBSIDIAN CROWN®, a Luxury Fashion Registered Brand headquartered in Mayfair, London, UK, regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Obsidian Crown® acts as the Data Controller in relation to the personal data processed through our retail operations, e-commerce, and bespoke services.
Where applicable, technical infrastructure, digital communication channels, and secure data hosting may be managed or supported by our corporate partner/parent company, PERSEO Communication Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘PERSEO’).

Much of the technical data collected is aggregated or statistical data about how individuals navigate our digital ecosystem and is not linked to any personal data. However, to the extent that it is itself personal data or is linked or linkable to personal data, we treat it accordingly.
OBSIDIAN CROWN® will NOT send you any unsolicited information, including emails, except as mentioned herein.
New clients will receive a welcome email containing information about how to access their dedicated digital profile account to:
- View recorded data
- Modify recorded data and size/style preferences
- Change or delete optional personal data
- Permanently delete the account
- Modify, change, or delete newsletter and communication preferences
- Download stored data information in a secure structured format (CSV or Excel file)
OBSIDIAN CROWN® may also send internal notifications related to brand runway broadcasts, private fashion shows, exclusive model presentations, or special culinary/lifestyle experiences reserved for our top tier clientele.
If you contact us directly (e.g., via our Mayfair atelier concierge), we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open a digital communication from us.

Prior to the expiration of this cycle, we may contact you via email to inquire whether you wish to maintain your active status within the Maison’s private client database. You retain the absolute right to access your account to modify, delete, or download your personal data at any point.
